At Miss Mav and AV Boys, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather issues, carrier delays, or high order volumes may cause shipment delays. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

We offer Shipping Protection for your peace of mind.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit and the carrier cannot locate it, you're fully covered. We'll send you a free replacement.
Example: You placed an order, but the tracking hasn’t updated in over 7 days, and the carrier confirms it's lost. We’ll send a replacement immediately.
Stolen Packages (Porch Theft)
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, our Shipping Protection covers porch theft. A replacement will be sent after we review your claim.
Example: Your order says delivered but it's missing. After verifying delivery details, we’ll ship out a replacement for you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you’re eligible for a free replacement upon providing photo proof.
Example: You receive a hoodie with a tear or a broken keychain. Just send us a photo of the damage, and we’ll send you a replacement right away.
Incorrect Sizing or Wrong Item Shipped
If you received the wrong size or item, we’ll send the correct product at no extra cost.
Example: You ordered a Medium hoodie but got a Large. Contact us and we’ll send the correct size and a return label for the wrong item.
What Shipping Protection Does Not Cover
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, Shipping Protection does not cover misdelivered packages.
Tip: Always double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Delivery Delays
Shipping Protection does not cover delays caused by the carrier, weather, or volume-related issues.
Example: If your package is delayed due to a snowstorm or carrier backlog, this is not eligible for replacement under Shipping Protection.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe returns.
Important: We do not accept returns or issue refunds on items purchased during giveaway periods, due to legal restrictions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: No refunds are available for items purchased during giveaway periods.
